This is notification of commencement of the Pre-Application Consultation Stage, in line with the statutory requirements of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015.  The date of commencement is 19th February 2025, and all responses must be received by 19th March 2025. 

What are the proposals:

The proposal relates to the development of 22no. New Industrial Units and Associated Works at Crown Business Park, Dukestown, Tredegar, NP22 4EF.

The scheme is to develop on an existing plot and create 22no. New Industrial Units, at varying sizes to be rented or sold. The proposed new industrial units fall under Class B2 (General Industrial) – Use for industrial processes. 

Following this consultation, a full planning application will be submitted for consideration by the Local Planning Authority.
