This is notification of commencement of the Pre-Application Consultation Stage, in line with the statutory requirements of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015.
The date of commencement is 28 June 2022 and all responses must be received by 26 July 2022.
Following this consultation, we will be submitting a planning application in August 2022 to take the project forward. The existing school will continue to teach students until the new school is ready (anticipated September 2024).
What are the proposals:
New primary school for Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Llyn y Forwyn and associated works including a new pedestrian access, landscaping, sustainable drainage, car and cycle parking.
