This is notification of commencement of the Pre-Application Consultation Stage, in line with the statutory requirements of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015. The date of commencement is 11th March 2024, and all responses must be received by 8th April 2024.
What are the proposals:
The proposal relates to the erection of a new industrial unit, to the west of a unit already owned and operated by M & J Europe Ltd.
M&J Europe Ltd. was founded in 1990, focussing on installing and repairing conveyor belts, it now offers a range of services at its site in Tafarnaubach Industrial Estate, from general fabrication and automation, to site maintenance and breakdown assistance.
Following this consultation, a full planning application will be submitted for consideration by the Local Planning Authority.
