Planning Assistant
Beth joined KEW Planning as an Assistant Planner in October 2022, she is also currently completing her final year studying BSc Human Geography and Planning at Cardiff University. At University she has gained experience in planning and design principles and has learned basic technical drawing, graphic design and presentation skills. She has produced a mixed-use design for an area in Cathays, as well as undertaking a valuation for the scheme. She also has completed work experience in building and quantity surveying practice Kendall Kingscott.
Since joining KEW Planning, Beth has helped with administrative tasks and is assisting on the schemes to discharge planning conditions for clients including Newport Norse and Brentwood Borough Council, as well as undertaking desktop planning appraisals, with oversight from senior colleagues.
Beth can be found enjoying her local swimming pool, having trained as a life guard and swims regularly.
