Bhaskar Neog

Bhaskar completed his MSc in Spatial Planning & Development at Cardiff University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He joined KEW Planning in May 2025 as a Graduate Planner, bringing a strong background in architecture combined with practical experience in development management and planning applications.

In his role at KEW Planning, Bhaskar supports the team by preparing and submitting planning applications, undertaking detailed desktop research, and conducting feasibility studies using CAD tools. He reviews architectural drawings and prepares planning statements to ensure comprehensive and compliant proposals for both public and private sector clients.

Bhaskar is committed to sustainable development and place-making, with a keen interest in urban design and policy analysis. He is working towards chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Outside work, Bhaskar enjoys exploring urban spaces and keeping up with the latest planning policy developments.
