Demonstrating the protection of protected species. Relocation of the bus stop to form a new T junction access from Gaer Road. Reconfiguration of the layout to avoid the loss of silver birch trees and to ensure adequate levels of private amenity space, as well as the protection of the amenity of neighbouring residents.

The application was unanimously approved at 3rd July 2019 planning committee.
