In Wales, Since 1st August 2016 it is mandatory for any Planning Applications in Wales for major development (more than 10 dwellings or 1000m² for commercial schemes) to be subject to a Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) process.

KEW Planning provide a bespoke service in undertaking PAC’s for the planning application process, be it on a planning application being promoted by ourselves or for any other developers and architects for their own applications.

The PAC process and our services involves undertaking a set procedure for publicising the application (site notices, consultation with landowners and neighbours and hosting the draft application documentation on our website under the Consultation tab), undertaking formal consultation with community and statutory consultees, addressing responses received and preparing a PAC report for submission with the Planning Application.
